Laser cutting

One of our in-house core activities is the 2D laser cutting of tubes and sheets in stainless steel, aluminum and steel, using high-quality machinery.

• Tubes and sheets in any form
• Thicknesses from 20 mm to only 0.1 mm (with nitrogen)
• Large series or customized solutions

And our laser cutting service goes beyond that. We also take care of your laser engravings or other additional operations such as deburring, stamping or bending.

Bending

Benefit from the many possibilities for bending steel, stainless steel and aluminum that our high-tech machinery offers.

We can execute various precise bending processes for plates with a thickness of up to 10 mm and maximum bend length of 4 m.

The fold banks are equipped with an optical laser angle measurement instrument and fold correction for optimal bending results.

Sawing

Tubes, profiles and bars can be accurately sawn to the specific length you need.

Our sawing machines can saw your pieces at a brisk pace to 1060 mm diameter and the sheets saws have a maximum range of 8000 mm at 2000 mm.

The maximum height at the long saw is 460 mm and the crosscut machines can saw up to 1300 mm at 1060 mm.

Every material can be delivered in the requested quantities, ready for further processing, assembly, or use.

Other processing services

Sheet operations such as blasting, drilling, decoiling, slitting, grinding, brushing and water cutting are possible with short delivery times through our cooperation with the service centers of thyssenkrupp Materials Services.

We also work with a number of external processors specialized in galvanizing, coating, anodizing and milling.
