From 17 August 2026, we will be operating under our new name: tk accelis Materials Belgium. This name reflects the way we work today: alongside a comprehensive range of materials, we are offering our customers increasing support with logistics solutions and supply chain services to make their processes simpler and more efficient.

thyssenkrupp Materials Belgium will henceforth operate under the name tk accelis Materials Belgium. With this new name, the company is presenting itself in a clear and recognisable way in the market. For you as a customer, nothing will change: you can continue to count on the same trusted service, quality and partnership.
The new name reflects the company’s continued development: from a pure materials supplier to a fully-fledged supply chain partner. With our ‘Materials as a Service’ strategy, we offer a comprehensive range of materials alongside a wide array of materials-related and supply chain services.
With tk accelis, we are emphasising this evolution and our broader offering. Our goal remains the same: to support you, our customer, even better, more comprehensively and more efficiently.
The name tk accelis stands for speed, availability and efficient collaboration. “accelis” is derived from “accelerate” and refers to fast delivery and optimised processes. Furthermore, the pronunciation of the brand name is reminiscent of “excel” (precision and excellence) and “access” (accessibility of materials and services). The “tk” element maintains the recognisable link to its origins within the thyssenkrupp Group.
Products, prices and contact details
No. You will continue to receive the same products, quality and service that you have come to expect from us. The name change relates solely to the name.
Yes. Prices, payment terms and agreements remain unchanged.
Yes. Your regular contacts and trusted teams will remain the same. You’ll continue to work with the same people.
Collaboration in practice
Nothing will change for you: all processes – from order to delivery – will continue as usual.
We do, however, recommend that you update our company name in your systems to tk accelis Materials Belgium. We would also ask you to add @tkaccelis.com to your list of trusted senders, so that all communication can continue to run smoothly.
All existing orders and contracts remain valid without any changes and will be carried out as agreed. The new name will be used for new contracts.
Outstanding invoices will be processed as usual, with no changes. Invoices bearing the old name will remain valid during the transition period.
No. We’ll continue to work together in the same way: reliably, with the same level of service and the same points of contact.
Legal and administrative details
Yes. Only the name is changing. The legal entity, including all registrations such as the CBE and VAT numbers, remains unchanged.
Yes. Only our name has changed to tk accelis Materials Belgium nv. Our bank account number, VAT number and other details remain unchanged.

The transition to the new name is taking place gradually. During the transition period, the names thyssenkrupp Materials Belgium and tk accelis Materials Belgium may be used side by side. Both names refer to the same company and the same trusted products and services
The website is being updated in stages to reflect the new name. All information will remain available online, so you’ll still be able to find it.
The telephone numbers will remain the same. Our email addresses will be changed to @tkaccelis.com. The existing email addresses ending in @thyssenkrupp-materials.com will remain active for a while and will be automatically forwarded.
We recommend that you add @tkaccelis.com to your list of safe senders as soon as possible. This will prevent our emails from ending up in your spam folder and ensure you continue to receive our communications without interruption.
